General Terms and
Conditions of Service for GoodHealthAlways
Appointments:
Appointments can be made on the day if availability permits but we recommend in advance.
Payment can be made in person, online via website or over the
phone providing you have a valid credit card. If you fail to meet your
appointment without the required cancellation notice time, you will forfeit your
50% of the appointment fee.
Mobile Services require min 24hrs advanced
notice for bookings.
Arrival:
Please arrive on time. If you are running late please make a courtesy
call informing us for this time has been booked exclusively for you. In the
event that you are 10 or more minutes late, your time may be reduced to avoid
delays to other clients.
Cancellations:
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, 24-hours notice for
individual treatments for Onsite bookings and 48-hours
for mobile bookings.
Practice
Guidelines for clients:

Mobile phones must be switched off or on silent mode.

Respectful conduct must be maintained at all times.

Gift Vouchers:
All of our services are available as gift voucher purchases. GHA Vouchers
are valid for 3 months. Online booking have provision for voucher details or via
phone please advise at the time of booking that you are redeeming a gift voucher
and it must then be presented on arrival.
Ladies:
We can cater for ladies in our massage and remedial services.
We also provide a mobile service and
encourage clients to treat their partner or a female friend to a relaxing
massage. Share the experience with them or treat them to their own.
Parking:
There is ample local street parking
